Clerkenwell is THE central London area (EC1) and Exmouth market is a moments stroll as is Clerkenwell Close and Clerkenwell Green with their abundance of restaurants and fancy bars. Great shopping at Exmouth market and the famous Smithfields, and Sadlers Wells Theatre and the Barbican Arts centre are roughly 10 minutes walk. The Free Word centre is just one minute away and the 67, 19 or 38 buses will take you to Kings Cross, or Shaftesbury Avenue or Covent Garden in roughly 10 minutes.
