Fully furnished room available while student is away for the summer holidays. The room is bright, decorated to a good standard and is comfortable to live in.
The kitchen is perfect for students, and for a cheap, short term rent is perfect.
I currently share the flat with two other girls and one guy, and for the best part of the two months, you'll be living with just one girl, so it's important for us to meet beforehand.
Although the duration is set for two months, I'm qute flexible, so if you would like to discuss dates, please feel free!
The area is great, we're right next to Tesco, and is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube line. The commute into Central London only takes 40 minutes.
I've set the dates between Friday 18th June and Friday 17th September. I'd prefer somebody to rent for the full duration, and so although you're free to ask for a shorter period to rent, preference will be made to somebody who will rent for the longest period of time.
For 3 months, I am looking for £1485, which includes bills. Monthly, that works out at £495. I do ask for a £100 deposit made at the start of the period, which will cover any damages to the room. For each month you rent, £475 will need to be paid at the start of each month.
