Looking for someone to take a 6 month lease beginning March 10th for a room in a flarshare located in Morden (near St Helier station).
You would be living with 2 girls and 1 man.
It's £440 a month which includes all bills, internet, water, electric etc.
There is also a deposit of £330.
The total will be £770 which will get the 1st months payment out of the way.
There is also a cleaner who comes every Saturday and basic toiletries are also paid for.
The room is on the the top floor and fully furnished, double bed, wardrobes, chest of draws, couch and TV stand.
